Calgary Famers’ Market

This market moved to its new location just off Blackfoot Trail in 2011 and it’s been thriving ever since. You’ll never be able to leave without buying a treat from Jelly Modern Doughnuts or Yum Bakery.

Crossroads Market

This is the kind of farmers’ market you venture to for lunch. There are more than 150 vendors here selling everything from fresh produce to perogies to poutine.

Market on Macleod (formerly Kingsland Market)

Symons Valley Ranch

Bearspaw Lions Farmers’ Market

An outdoor market on the edge of the city with gorgeous mountain views. Close to 100 vendors sell local produce, meats, fish and more.

Season: First Sunday in June until the first Sunday in October

Bridgeland Riverside Farmers’ Market

This market only opened this summer. Head to Bridgeland before the snow starts to fall to check out the new vendors and products in the city’s northeast.

Calgary Grassroots Northland Farmers’ Market

This outdoor farmers’ market located in the North Hill Mall parking lot was founded in 1992 and hosts 45 vendors during the summer months.

Inglewood Ramsay Farmers’ Market

Cochrane Farmers’ Market

Who doesn’t like a trip to Cochrane? The market is just short drive out of the city, or an incredibly scenic bike ride out of town for those looking for a little more activity. Be sure to stop by this market during cherry season.
