This can be as a base to many, many other sauces such as gravy, Alfredo, Garlic butter, Mac N Cheese, even add chocolate or and anything else your imagination can conjure!

You'll need:
  • (Stainless) Pot
  • 1 tbs Butter
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Water, Milk or Cream
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1. tsp. Pepper

  1. Heat the sauce pan to med-high heat
  2. Add butter, salt and pepper and allow to melt
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and add flour, Stir vigorously with a spoon or whisk until completely incorporated (no lumps)
  4. Place back onto heat and add liquid slowly while whisking
  5. Turn down heat to medium
  6. Continually whisk until mixture comes to a boil and begins to thicken.
  7. Remove from heat

At this point you may add chocolate, cheese, garlic, Parmesan etc to make what ever sauce you wish! Enjoy!
