For us beef stew, like chicken soup, is good for the soul! Sometimes though, our preparation is a little wanting ... as in, I totally forgot to take anything out to thaw.

Leftover Turkey Soup Recipe

How many times have you stared at the loads of turkey still left over from the holidays and felt that moment of despair? 

"There's no way we can eat all this before it goes bad!"

 

So? 

Make a turkey soup. 

Then, can it. Freeze it. Or EAT it.

You can literally throw the entire carcass, along with the bits and pieces that no one eats, and leftover meat into a large pot. Add either water or chicken/vegetable stock and boil that bad boy up all day.
